Tracking your order:
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number.
If you have any questions regarding your shipment, you can Contact Us. You will need your four-digits order number and delivery zip code from your order confirmation email.
All domestic orders within the United State are delivered by Express Post on the United States Post Network. This service provides basic tracking and is free for any orders over $300 USD (after discounts) and a flat rate fee of $9 USD otherwise. We offer two options for all international orders outside the United State: International Standard Shipping (Standard) and UPS (Express). These options may vary due to location and courier service availability.
International Standard Shipping generally takes 1–4 weeks* after dispatch depending on the destination. This service provides full tracking and is free for any orders over $300 USD (after discounts) and a flat rate fee of $16 USD otherwise. Standard international shipping is available on the Globe. UPS generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. This service provides full tracking and is automatically upgraded for any orders over $400 USD (after discounts) at no extra charge and is a flat rate fee of $30 USD otherwise.
Please note: Customers outside the United States may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, handling fees, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel as per our Terms and Conditions.
Parcels shipped via UPS cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.
The above Shipping Policy sets out the terms and conditions of delivery of products purchased from Advance Lashes (referred to as Advance Lashes Store, Advance Lashes, we, our, or us). In addition to this Policy, all products purchased from us are subject to our Terms and Conditions of sale, which are available on www.advancelashes.com. The shipping charge will be reviewed according to items purchased. We will contact you prior to shipment if there is any adjustment in shipping charge due to the size, weight and value of the package.
Refused or failed delivery shipments that are returned to Advance Lashes will be assessed up to $20 non-delivery fees plus shipping. The fees and the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
The carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
- The package is too large for a PO Box.
- Incorrect address provided.
- The address provided is not deliverable by the carrier: The US Postal Service does not deliver to some street addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it’s best to use that address on your orders.
- Failed delivery attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $200 of merchandise will always require a signature. If no one is present to accept the delivery after several attempts, the package will be returned to us.
As part of our commitment to 100% satisfaction with your purchase, Advance Lashes gladly accepts returns for products within 30 days of the receipt of an order.
How to Make a Return
We recommend that you review our Return Policy below before making any return.
- Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). You can get RMA# by us filling out the Contact Form.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all parts, and accessories.
- Include a copy of your invoice and please describe a brief explanation of why you are returning the product. If you still have label with return address provided on your invoice, please affix and mark RMA# on return package.
- Mail your return to: Advance Lashes Return Dept. Customers pay for return shipment charges. We recommend using a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
It takes up to 5 business days to process the return and credit your account, though it may take longer the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
After the grace period 30 days of receipt date of your package, we can no longer accept the returns.
- Customer must obtain RMA # within the 30 days of receipt of their order by filling out the Contact Form. Return shipment without RMA will not qualify for a credit.
- Returned products are subject to inspection by Advance Lashes staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Multiple RMA requests for the same products are subject to review by Advance Lashes. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
- Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether you may qualify for a refund, contact Advance Lashes Customer Service by email [email protected]
- Customers pay for return shipment charges.
- Returns will be processed, and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.
For the case that we shipped an incorrect product(s) or the product(s) is damaged in shipping. Please notify us immediately via email to: [email protected] We will immediately re-ship the replacement(s) at no additional shipping charge to you along with return label (if applicable). Once you receive the new item(s), please use the return label to return the incorrect product(s) or damaged item(s) back to us to avoid the charge for the replacement(s).
Refused/Return to Sender Delivery Shipments due to wrong/incomplete address that are returned to Advance Lashes will be assessed up to $20 non-delivery fees plus original shipping Advance Lashes paid to carrier to ship that order.
Note: Due to individual manufacturer guidelines, we are unable to accept used/tampered returns on specific products (e.g. Glue, Primers). These manufacturers are excluded from Advance Lashes’ return policy:
